All accepted papers for the conference and special sessions, whatever the presentation format (30min, 20min, or poster) are going to be published in the Proceedings (paper version with ISBN and CD-ROM version).
The paper templates are the same for all presentation formats; however, 30min oral presentations (full papers) are limited to 8 pages, 20min oral presentations (short papers) are limited to 6 pages and poster presentations are limited to 4 pages.
If absolutely needed, the number of pages may be increased up to a maximum of 12 (30m oral presentations), 10 (20m oral presentations) and 8 (poster presentations). However, for each page in excess of the maximum allowed, the author will have to pay an additional fee.
It is important to highlight that the posters will be exhibited in a wall area, using a portrait A0 format (84 cm X 118cm) and the poster authors will discuss their work with other conference delegates who will stop by and ask questions, during the time slot assigned to poster presentations.
